Gayatri Mantra

ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात्

We meditate on the glory of the Creator who has created the Universe; who is worthy of worship; who is the embodiment of knowledge and light; who is the remover of all sin and ignorance. May He enlighten our intellect.

Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra

ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम् उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान्मृत्योर्मुक्षीय माऽमृतात्

We worship the three-eyed one (Lord Shiva) who is fragrant and nourishes all beings. May he liberate us from death for the sake of immortality, just as the ripe cucumber is severed from its bondage.

ॐ नमः शिवाय

I bow to Lord Shiva. This is the most powerful mantra of Lord Shiva.

Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha

ॐ गं गणपतये नमः

Salutations to Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles.

Om Aim Saraswatyai Namaha

ॐ ऐं सरस्वत्यै नमः

Salutations to Goddess Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge and wisdom.

Om Shreem Mahalakshmiyai Namaha

ॐ श्रीं महालक्ष्म्यै नमः

Salutations to Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth and prosperity.

Om Dum Durgayai Namaha

ॐ दुं दुर्गायै नमः

Salutations to Goddess Durga, the divine mother and protector.

Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya

ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय

I bow to Lord Krishna (Vasudeva), the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

Asato Ma Sadgamaya

असतो मा सद्गमय। तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय। मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय॥

Lead me from untruth to truth. Lead me from darkness to light. Lead me from death to immortality.

Shri Guru charan saroja raj, nija mana mukura sudhaari
Baranaun Raghubara bimala jasu, jo daayaka phala chaari

With the dust of Guru's lotus feet, I cleanse the mirror of my mind. I sing the pure glory of Lord Rama, which bestows the four fruits of life.

बुद्धिहीन तनु जानिके, सुमिरौं पवन कुमार।
बल बुद्धि बिद्या देहु मोहिं, हरहु कलेस बिकार॥

Buddhi heena tanu jaanike, sumiraun pawana kumaara
Bala buddhi vidyaa dehu mohin, harahu kalesa bikaara

Knowing my body to be devoid of intelligence, I remember you, Son of the Wind. Grant me strength, wisdom, and knowledge, and remove my impurities and sorrows.
